Refund policy

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the returns and refund requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

 

EXCHANGE REQUESTS 

All orders made on our platform are final. Exchange requests will be entertained only if the customer has size and fit issues with the clothing purchased from our platform. We suggest you to kindly check the size chart before placing an order. If there are any questions, feel free to email us at contact@bewilderclothing.com. Exchange Requests need to be submitted within 7 days of the date of delivery, post which the request will not be entertained. Exchange requests are accepted only if we receive the products back in their original condition, unused and with all tags intact. We will arrange a pickup for the items to be exchanged or returned. During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. We will have the right to accept or reject the exchange request. Collection/pick up of the product will not ensure an exchange unless it passes our quality check. Exchanges will be processed, within 7 days of pickup of the product, post which the customer can purchase another product of suitable size/fit, for the same price.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS 

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All orders made on our platform are final and cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders.

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s): 

  1. if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or 
  2. if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or 
  3. in case of unavailability of a service, or 
  4. for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
  5. if the Company does not want to do business with the User

The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserve the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

PROCESSING OF REFUND

Upon receiving a request and if eligible, we will provide either a full refund, or an option of store credit, as per the discretion and wish of the customer.

Refunds are done within 30 days from the date we receive the items you return (with labels and tags still attached) and the amount shall be credited by the same mode of payment as it was received, excluding the delivery fee. You will be refunded in the currency you were charged in. If this is not your native currency, your bank may charge exchange fees, or a change in the exchange rate may have resulted in a difference in the amount refunded compared to the amount you originally paid (in your native currency). It is solely your responsibility if you have to pay any fees or bear any losses in this process.

Shipping charges of Rs 150 will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded (if eligible)

The Company will not be able to refund any third party payment gateway charges incurred at the time of payment. Further, the Company may deduct any transaction fee incurred for reversing the transaction in the form of store credit.

You shall make all Refund requests by contacting to the customer support email (contact@bewilderclothing.com or by filling the form on our contact us page) available on the Platform, which will be the official mode of communication with our Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made. All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by us on following such guidelines. The Refund shall be completed between Thirty (30) days from the date of refund request made by the User. The refunded money may take up to 14 - 30 working days to reverse the transaction.
